The Department of Agriculture (DA)- Office of the Undersecretary for the Agri-Industrialization and Fisheries together with DA-Regional Field Office XI (DA-RFO XI), and Matanao Municipal Agriculture Office (MMAO) visited Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) for the project monitoring of Upscaling Bamboo Rural Enterprise and Development Project in Davao Del Sur (BREAD DavSur) under the Inclusive Agribusiness through Sustainable Agriculture and Fishery Enterprise (SAFE) Innovation Hub. A site visit was conducted at DSSC Matanao Extension Campus, Brgy. Kapoc, Matanao, Davao del Sur where the Bamboo Hub Processing Building, Training Briefing Hall, Bamboo Setum and Bamboo Nursery Production will be established. DSSC BREAD DavSur Assistant Oversight Program Head Dr. Graciela L. Caballero presented and discuss the current status of all project components. Present in the said visit were Ms. Karla Louise Cegeuerra, Staff of the from DA - Office of Undersecretary for Agri-Industrialization and Fisheries; Engr. Joepar Escario, Ms. Marila Corpuz, and Ms. Melinda Rubellano from DA-RFO XI; Engr. Leonaveth Mejias and Ms. Kristine Jane Pigar from MMAO; and the project members of DSSC BREAD DavSur.
